The majority of deliveries are completed within 2 - 10 business days; the courier will be in contact once they have a route planned to your postcode area to inform of the delivery details. Your delivery method will vary depending on the items in your basket; by size, weight and fragility.

Why is my delivery time longer than expected?
We work with specialist fragile and furniture couriers to ensure your order is delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Unfortunately, with large and fragile items it is not possible for us to deliver using express services without risk of the item being damaged..
We can deliver our Products anywhere in mainland Great Britain and some cases the rest of Europe. Unfortunately free delivery does not cover some areas of Ireland, Scotland including the islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, post code areas of (AB, IV, PA, PH, FK, KY, DD, HS, KA KW and for certain products EH) are not included in free delivery, if free delivery does not include your postcode area we will email you after the order is placed to inform you of the relevant delivery charge, we currently don not deliver to Europe but if you are interested in any of our products and you live in one of these places then just send us an email and we will work out a shipping cost for you, just get in touch.
DELIVERIES OF MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you have ordered multiple products made by different brands in the same order, your items may arrive on different days and from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries. Please wait until your delivery due time has passed before contacting us.
